Stuðlaberg Gin

Aperol Gin Sour

Ingredients

45 ml Stuðlaberg Gin
45 ml Aperol
25 ml lemon juice
30 ml pasteurised egg white
5 ml agave syrup
Lemon peel and freeze-dried raspberry powder to garnish

Method

Shake the liquids first without ice, then again with ice. Double strain into a chilled stemmed glass, garnish with lemon peel and dust a little raspberry powder over the foam.
