Ingredients

60 ml Stuðlaberg Gin
2 bar spoons apricot jam
15 ml apple juice
20 ml lime juice
6 mint leaves
Crushed ice
Edible flowers

Method

Shake everything with ice, fine strain over crushed ice and garnish with edible flowers.
