Stuðlaberg Gin

Basil Lemonade

Ingredients

45 ml Stuðlaberg Gin
15 ml simple syrup
Juice of ½ lemon
6–8 basil leaves
Lemonade to top up
Basil leaf to garnish

Method

Gently muddle the basil with syrup and lemon juice, add gin and ice and shake. Strain into a tall glass over ice, top up with lemonade, stir gently and garnish with basil.
