Ingredients

50 ml Hvítserkur White
10 ml Rökkvi
10 ml Campari
25 ml lime juice
15 ml simple syrup
25 ml pineapple juice
Blackcurrants and mint

Method

Shake everything hard with ice for 10–15 seconds. Strain into a highball glass with ice and garnish with mint and berries.
