Stuðlaberg G&T

Ingredients

50 ml Stuðlaberg Gin
150 ml Fever-Tree Mediterranean tonic
Ice
A broad strip of orange peel
2 star anise

Method

Fill a tall glass with ice, pour over the gin and tonic and stir gently. Express the oils of the orange peel over the glass and garnish with the peel and star anise.
