Ingredients

60 ml Stuðlaberg Gin
30 ml lemon juice
15 ml rich simple syrup (2:1)
15 ml pasteurised egg white
Ice

Method

Shake everything without ice first, then again with ice until well chilled. Double strain into a chilled stemmed glass.
