Honey Rum Sour

Ingredients

45 ml Hvítserkur Dark
22.5 ml lime juice
22.5 ml honey syrup (2:1)
30 ml pasteurised egg white
Cocktail cherry and nutmeg

Method

Shake first without ice, then with ice. Double strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with a cocktail cherry and a little nutmeg.
