Christmas Þristur Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients

200 ml Þristur liqueur
4 egg yolks
100 g sugar
150 g milk chocolate
300 ml cream
2 gelatine leaves
Garnish: raspberries, chopped Þristur, white chocolate

Method

Soak the gelatine. Whisk the yolks and sugar until stiff. Lightly whip the cream. Melt the chocolate over a water bath with the liqueur and dissolve the gelatine in it. Gently fold the eggs into the chocolate, then the cream. Spoon into bowls or glasses and garnish.
