Stuðlaberg Gin

Lemon Basil Sour

Ingredients

60 ml Stuðlaberg Gin
30 ml lemon juice
30 ml cane sugar syrup
10 ml pasteurised egg white
6 basil leaves + more to garnish
A tiny pinch of salt

Method

Gently muddle the basil with the syrup in a shaker. Add the gin, lemon juice, egg white and salt, shake hard with ice and double strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Garnish with basil.
