Lunar Takeaway

Ingredients

60 ml Hvítserkur White
15 ml Triple Sec
25 ml lime juice
25 ml simple syrup
6 pineapple cubes
4 cucumber slices
8–10 mint leaves
Cucumber noodles to garnish

Method

Muddle the pineapple, cucumber and mint in a shaker. Add the rum, Triple Sec, lime juice and syrup and shake well with ice. Strain into a noodle box and garnish with cucumber noodles.
