Ingredients

30 ml Stuðlaberg Gin
15 ml Rökkvi
20 ml lime juice
Tonic
Lime slice and coffee beans

Method

Shake everything except the tonic hard with ice. Strain into a highball glass with ice, top up with tonic and garnish with lime and coffee.
