Pálmar at Pallett

Named after Pálmar of the café Pallett in Hafnarfjörður.

Ingredients

45 ml Hvítserkur White
20 ml Rökkvi
20 ml dark sugar syrup
Caramel and 3 coffee beans

Method

Shake everything hard with ice. Strain into a caramel-decorated glass with ice and garnish with three coffee beans.
