Rose Petal Pink Gin Sour

Ingredients

40 ml Stuðlaberg Pink Gin
10 ml Campari
30 ml grapefruit & rose syrup
Juice of ½ lemon
15 ml egg white

Method

Dry shake everything, then shake again with ice and double strain into a chilled glass.
