Stuðlaberg Gin

Bramble

Ingredients

45 ml Stuðlaberg Gin
25 ml lemon juice
15 ml simple syrup
15 ml crème de mûre (or Chambord)
Crushed ice

Method

Shake the gin, lemon juice and syrup with ice until well chilled. Strain into a rocks glass full of crushed ice and gently float the blackberry liqueur on top.
