Cheesecake Bramble

Ingredients

45 ml Stuðlaberg Gin
20 ml crème de mûre
15 ml lime juice
1 bar spoon berry jam
1 bar spoon cream cheese
20 ml cream
Biscuit crumbs for the rim

Method

Rim the glass with biscuit crumbs. Shake all the ingredients hard with ice and fine strain into the glass.
