Loki Vodka

Chill Out

Ingredients

50 ml Loki Vodka
20 ml lemon juice
15 ml simple syrup
¼ cucumber, chopped
3 pieces of green chilli
A pinch of coriander

Method

Muddle the cucumber, chilli and coriander in a shaker, add the rest and shake well with ice. Strain into a highball glass with ice and garnish with cucumber and chilli.
