Stuðlaberg Gin

Clover Club

Ingredients

50 ml Stuðlaberg Gin
25 ml lime juice
25 ml simple syrup
1 bar spoon maraschino liqueur
5 fresh raspberries
1 egg white

Method

Shake everything with plenty of ice for about 15 seconds. Strain into another glass, discard the ice and shake again without ice for about 20 seconds. Strain into a stemmed glass and garnish with fresh raspberries.
