Ingredients

50 ml Hvítserkur Dark
15 ml lime juice
Ginger beer to top up
Lime wedge to garnish

Method

Fill a tall glass with ice, pour in the rum and lime juice and top up with ginger beer. Stir gently and garnish with lime.
