Stuðlaberg Gin

Dill Martini

Ingredients

60 ml Stuðlaberg Gin
15 ml pickle brine
5 ml dry vermouth to rinse the glass
3 drops of dill oil (culinary)
A fresh sprig of dill

Method

Rinse a chilled glass with the vermouth and discard the excess. Shake the gin and pickle brine with ice, fine strain into the glass and garnish with dill and three drops of dill oil.
