Stuðlaberg Gin

G&T Royale

Ingredients

  • 60 ml Stuðlaberg Gin (a double)
  • Tonic
  • Sparkling wine
  • Ice and citrus peel

Method

Fill a glass with ice, pour in a double Stuðlaberg and top up half and half with tonic and sparkling wine. Stir gently and garnish with citrus peel.
