Ingredients

30 ml Stuðlaberg Gin
30 ml crème de menthe
30 ml cream
1 scoop vanilla ice cream
Grated chocolate and mint

Method

Shake everything hard with ice and strain into a glass. Grate chocolate over the top and garnish with mint.
