Ingredients

45 ml Stuðlaberg Gin
15 ml blue curaçao
15 ml hibiscus tea syrup
20 ml lemon juice
Fentimans Elderflower
Hibiscus flower

Method

Shake everything except the soda hard with ice, strain into a chilled glass, top up with the elderflower soda and garnish with a hibiscus flower.
