Stuðlaberg Gin

Lemon & Thyme Gin Sour

Ingredients

30 ml Stuðlaberg Gin
30 ml lemon juice
15 ml maple syrup
30 ml pasteurised egg white
2 sprigs of thyme

Method

Shake one thyme sprig with all the liquids, first without ice and then with ice. Fine strain into a chilled glass and garnish with the other sprig.
