Ingredients

45 ml Stuðlaberg Gin
10 ml liquorice liqueur
20 ml raspberry syrup
20 ml lemon juice
Raspberries and liquorice laces

Method

Shake everything hard with ice, strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with raspberries and liquorice laces.
