Stuðlaberg Gin

Ninja Turtle 2.0

Ingredients

50 ml Stuðlaberg Gin
20 ml Cointreau
20 ml lemon juice
10 ml simple syrup
6–8 basil leaves
Soda water

Method

Shake everything except the soda with plenty of ice. Strain into a highball glass with ice, top up with soda and garnish with basil.
