Stuðlaberg Gin

Orange & Thyme G&T

Ingredients

60 ml Stuðlaberg Gin
160 ml Fever-Tree Mediterranean tonic
2 small sprigs of fresh thyme
1 strip of orange peel
1 dried orange wheel
Ice

Method

Gently press the orange peel and one thyme sprig into the gin to release their oils. Strain into a glass full of ice, add the tonic and stir gently. Garnish with the dried orange and thyme.
