The Easter Egg

Ingredients

45 ml Hvítserkur White
30 ml melted Easter egg
30 ml cream
An Easter egg as the glass

Method

Melt the top of the Easter egg in a shaker by holding it in hot water. Add the cream, rum and ice and shake well. Strain into the Easter egg (make sure it holds liquid) and garnish with an Easter chick.
