Stuðlaberg Gin

Peach & Elderflower Fizz

Ingredients

45 ml Stuðlaberg Gin
15 ml elderflower liqueur
15 ml sweet white vermouth
1 peach slice
15 ml lime juice
60 ml soda water
Citrus peel

Method

Muddle the peach with the lime juice, add the gin, liqueur and vermouth and stir with ice. Strain over fresh ice, add the soda and garnish with citrus peel.
