Loki Vodka

Pizza Martini

Yes, really. And it's good.

Ingredients

60 ml Loki Vodka
25 ml lime juice
1 tomato, chopped
4 sage leaves
4 slices of spicy pepperoni
A dash each of Tabasco and Angostura
Oregano, parmesan, salt and pepper to taste
Rim: oregano and parmesan

Method

Muddle the tomato, sage and pepperoni in a shaker, add the rest and shake well with ice. Strain into a margarita glass with an oregano and parmesan rim and garnish with a mini pizza and sage.
