Ingredients

50 ml Flóki Single Malt
30 ml Rökkvi
1 bar spoon raw sugar
2 dashes orange bitters
Orange peel

Method

Stir everything with plenty of ice until very cold and strain into a chilled coupe. Flame the oils from an orange peel over the drink.
