Rosemary & Grapefruit Sour

Ingredients

60 ml Loki Vodka
60 ml grapefruit juice
15 ml rosemary syrup
30 ml pasteurised egg white
Dried lime

Method

Shake first without ice, then with ice, and fine strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with dried lime.
