Ingredients

  • 50 ml Stuðlaberg Gin
  • 25 ml lemon juice
  • 1 tsp icing sugar
  • Soda water
  • Ice

Method

Stir the gin, lemon juice and icing sugar together, pour over ice in a tall glass and top up with soda water.
