Þvörusleikir – Caramel & Anise Espresso Martini

Ingredients

40 ml Rökkvi
20 ml Loki Vodka
30 ml caramel and anise syrup

Method

Shake everything very hard with plenty of ice and strain into a glass.

Caramel and anise syrup: 200 ml water, 100 g sugar, 10 Freyja caramels, 5 star anise and 1 vanilla pod, warmed gently until everything has melted together.
