Hvítserkur White

Tiki Taco

Ingredients

50 ml Hvítserkur White
15 ml Triple Sec
25 ml lime juice
10 ml simple syrup
4 mango cubes
2 strips of green pepper
3 slices of green chilli
3 sprigs of coriander
Ginger beer

Method

Muddle the mango, pepper, chilli and coriander in a shaker. Add the rum, Triple Sec, lime and syrup and shake well with ice. Strain into a highball or tiki glass, top up with ginger beer and garnish with a mini taco.
