Flóki Whisky

Whisky Sour

Ingredients

60 ml Flóki Whisky
Juice of ½ lemon
15 ml simple syrup
15 ml pasteurised egg white
Orange slice and a cocktail cherry

Method

Shake everything with ice first, strain off the ice and shake again without it. Pour over a large ice cube and garnish with an orange slice and a cocktail cherry.
