Bar 11 (Ellefan) (c. 2004–2018) – Lost Tables
Bar 11, known to everyone as Ellefan, was Reykjavík's dedicated rock bar for some fourteen years. It started out on Bergstaðastræti and moved to Hverfisgata 18 in 2010, where it became a busy little concert venue for loud guitar bands.

It started out on Bergstaðastræti and moved to Hverfisgata 18 in 2010, where it became a busy little concert venue for loud guitar bands. Its owners, among them Össur Hafþórsson, also ran other downtown venues such as Sódóma and Bar 7. The bar was so much part of people's lives that several couples who met there later held their weddings there. When no agreement could be reached on a new lease, Ellefan threw an open farewell party on 21 April 2018 with the promise: 'We're switching off the party now, but we'll be back.'
The owners said they hoped to reopen elsewhere; some of the staff moved to sister bar Bar 7 on Frakkastígur.
