Tetriz (1996–c. 1997) – Lost Tables

Tetriz opened in summer 1996 in the old Duus-Hús rooms on Fischersund, run by film director Júlíus Kemp, best known for the comedy Pís of keik. It was a nightclub with frequent live music and arrived just as Icelandic hip-hop was finding its feet, so rap acts were the house speciality.

Quarashi played there, as did the group of rappers who later became Subterranean, and the band Jetz held an album release concert at the club. Tetriz lasted only about a year and a half before closing, and the old house was later demolished.
